  • A school in Ireland believes they have caught a ghost on security camera footage causing all sorts of trouble, from banging doors to throwing books.

Deerpark CBS, a school in Cork, Ireland, installed new motion-activated cameras at the school, and they caught something truly spooky. A door down the hallway suddenly opens and bangs closed

School staff say when they are in the building, originally built in 1828, they hear unexplained noises often.

Principal Kevin Barry said, “We do feel there is something strange going on because people do get from time to time a real chill in the air when they go past that area. It’s very interesting – one of my teachers brings his pet in with him but the pet never wants to go down that way.”

What kind of pet! If it’s a dog, then there is definitely a demon in your school. If it’s a cat, then you have a weirdo teacher bringing their cat to school.

Then, suddenly, a locker starts to shake! A tall locker, conveniently located right in front of a window, starts to rock back and forth. But then, suddenly, a book flies right out of another locker!

OK, now I am getting freaked out! Whatever it is, it’s getting closer to the camera!

The school is not sure who or what is to blame.

Principal Barry said, “We’d often come across papers strewn about but we were never able to say what it was, we just assumed it was students that were doing it.” No other motion-activated cameras were triggered that night.

Alright, this is getting spooky again…

He said: “Because we have motion-sensor detectors now, we should have been able to detect other people coming towards that area on the other cameras, and we haven’t been able to.”

    Ahhh!

Alright, some people are skeptical about whether or not the footage is of a real-life ghost. Skeptics might note that the footage was conveniently captured ahead of Halloween event at the school on October 29 dubbed Fearpark.
