  • The invisible box challenge is inspiring people everywhere to nearly fall on their face.

This challenge is basically someone miming that there’s a box in front of them and then they proceed to step on it and jump over it with the other foot.

  • It went viral on Twitter with that cheerleader’s attempt, including one where her friend kicks the box before she can jump over it.

  • And soon enough, variations of the challenge were being attempted. Like this dude who used his box to get up on his couch.

  • Or, this guy who admits to using a, “much shorter box”.

  • But, obviously, the best attempts of the challenge are the ones where people fall over.

  • Or, the attempts that are not really attempts, which really resonate with me personally.

  • That last one was sick as all heck, in my opinion. But, this isn’t the first time the invisible box challenge has gotten popular. The invisible box challenge started on Instagram as a dance craze nearly a year ago. The only thing missing was the little pat on the top of the box; it only featured placing the box on the ground. In February, the trick surfaced on Musical.ly as the “Stack Up The Legos” challenge which used El Ron’s song, “Stack up the Legos.”

And, if you watch the video above, you can watch the What’s Trending Office, together, attempt the invisible box challenge for ourselves. But, let’s please check out the cheerleader’s video again, because it’s the absolute best, and I’ve seen a lot of attempts at this point…

So, that’s the invisible box challenge! Can you do it? Did you fall on your face? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter at @WhatsTrending.
