Look, we all have controversial thoughts we sometimes tweet that maybe we shouldn’t. But, we’re shlubs! We’re shmoes! We’re not industry kings like Anderson Cooper whose account tweeted out this shockingly blunt missive to the president following the loss of Roy Moore. The president, with his usual incredible dumb guy bravado, tweeted out that he always thought Roy Moore would lose. What? Does Trump think we’ve been under a rock this past few — anyway. Let’s keep going. Anderson Cooper’s account tweeted back at him with this now deleted missive —
Oh Really? You endorsed him you tool! Pathetic loser!
Uh oh! What happened here? Anderson Cooper isn’t allowed to tweet rude things to the president! That’s my job and the job of anyone who likes both quick “faves” and is infuriated understandably at our reality show host president. So, how did this happen? CNN says it wasn’t Cooper — since the tweet’s tag says it was sent from New York and Cooper himself was in Atlanta.
Well, after some digging CNN figured out what happened — releasing a statement that said:
“[Anderson Cooper’s] assistant inadvertently left his phone unlocked and unattended at the gym early this morning, and someone took the phone and sent the tweet. His assistant, who has worked with Anderson for more than a decade, is the only other person with access to Anderson’s Twitter account.”
So, there you have it. Even if the president is a pathetic loser who is now pretending he didn’t endorse a sex criminal for Alabama Senator. You’ll never hear Anderson Cooper saying such thing! Nay, not Anderson!
