Starbucks Has a SECRET Harry Potter Menu

In the world of Harry Potter, the secrets to the magical world are in between the folds of our regular muggle universe. If you run through Platform 9 and 3/4 you get to the train that takes you to Hogwarts, if you open up the wrong seemingly innocuous suitcase, your world will be overrun by magical creatures. Well, reality has some fun Harry Potter themed magic up its sleeve too — it’s recently been unearthed that Starbucks has a SECRET Harry Potter themed menu. What! Huh! Buh! Snuh! What! Yeah, I know guys, right?

The menu, right now consists of two drinks — a Butterbeer Frappucinno and a Butterbeer Latte. In the Harry Potter world, Butterbeer was a light beer that tasted like butterscotch that the students and wizard world denizens would drink when visiting Hogsmeade. In our world, when you order a Butterbeer Latte you get — according to Entertainment Weekly — you order a latte with whole milk and add caramel syrup, toffee nut syrup and cinnamon dolce syrup. They also recommend asking for it with whipped cream and salted caramel bits. It sounds like drinking a candy bar, which hints that the true magic in the Harry Potter universe is.. staving off diabetes! Mmmm! Yummy!

As for the Butterbeer Frappe (that’s what we in the industry call a Frappuccino) — your order a creme frappuccino with toffee nut and caramel syrups, topped off with caramel syrup.

So remember — when you go into Starbucks and demand a syrupy coffee based on a kids book — this is what you’re getting.
