Chris of YouTube’s Bad Ads prank channel put out an ad seeking people to help out with an anti-Oscar campaign. It stated: “Seeking help for 2-3 hours to aid in a gras-roots promotional campaign in Hollywood. Must be enthusiastic and out-going, and unafraid to speak in front of others.”
Angered by Ben Affleck’s major Oscar snub in the Best Director category, Chris took matters into his own hands to make some noise around this injustice. Jokey stunt or not, Affleck was robbed! Just look at his DGA, Golden Globes, and BAFTA wins! What were you thinking, Academy?
