King of awkward comedy, Andrew Hales of the LAHWF YouTube channel, trolled the UCLA campus one weekend, offering to tell jokes to random people. Once the suckers agreed to listen, Andrew rambled on with some long-winded premise, only to fail to remember the punchline.
