By now you’re probably familiar with the 5 Second Films series in which the entire plot, from beginning to end, takes place in five seconds. The annual Four4 competition is based on a similar conceit: a horror film that lasts only 16 seconds. While many of them fall flat and of course there isn’t much room for character development, there are a few that evoke a genuine feeling of creepiness.
