This isn’t the first time that a child has managed to climb up and get stuck in a vending machine. Search “kid stuck in vending machine” on both Google Images and YouTube and you’ll come across dozens of examples of the phenomenon. But these photos and videos always are shot after the fact, and we don’t get to see the planning and execution of the toy heist. Nor are we ever told what the hell the parents were doing to give a child under the age of 2 enough time to climb up into the machine.
