Black Eyed Peas Call It Quits After 16 Years

  • According to Yahoo! search, searches for the Black Eyed Peas have surged with “over 35% coming from those 17 and under.” The multi-Grammy Award winning group will perform together for the last time during their Miami farewell show this week.

    Black Eyed Peas formed in Los Angeles in 1995 including members will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo, and Fergie. Their first worldwide song was “Where Is The Love” in 2003. Since then, they have continued mainstream success selling an estimated 56 million records worldwide. Their latest album, “The Beginning”, was the band’s sixth studio album and tour. The group announced they would be taking a break in July of 2011.
