“If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.” These were President Obama‘s words regarding the tragic Florida shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. “Obviously, this is a tragedy. I can only imagine what these parents are going through,” Obama said at the Rose Garden this morning. “When I think about this boy, I think about my own kids.” Feeling the need to speak out about the incident, Obama gave an emotional appeal to Martin’s parents and all who felt the weight of their loss.

During the launch of her new perfume, True Reflection, in West Hollywood last night, Kim Kardashian found herself under a cloud of flour. A video from E! News reveals that a woman walked up to her, yelling about the fact that she was wearing fur. In her defense, Kardashian told E!, “Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder and that’s a whole lot of translucent powder right there.” PETA was not involved but hopes the message might’ve gotten through to the reality star.
