The American Civil Liberties Union created a helpful infographic based on Monday’s Supreme Court Decision on the controversial Arizona bill known as SB-1070. The graphic details the recent decision by SCOTUS to uphold one of the four provisions considered. The graphic includes other states who have enacted similar laws, and how lower courts have responded to the various provisions.
