No Doubt Releases First Single in Over 10 Years, 'Settle Down' (LISTEN)
By Amanda Walgrove

  • The hit ’90s and ’00s band No Doubt — comprised of Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont, and Adrian Young — announced last month that they would be releasing their first album since 2001’s Rock Steady. Push and Shove is set for a September 25 release date with its first single, “Settle Down,” hitting the air and Internet today and available for purchase on iTunes.

The unique sound of the group can only be described as a fusion of ska, rock, reggae, and pop, the elements of which launched the band into music stardom and can be found in the much anticipated new song.

Sophie Muller, No Doubt’s “longtime friend and collaborator,” is directing the single’s trucker-themed video, which will premiere tonight on E! at 8 pm ET.
