It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Won’t you be Mitt Romney’s neighbor?

On the heels of Romney’s comment that he wanted to cut government funding to PBS, Late Night host Jimmy Fallon created a parody sketch of classic PBS show, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, by transforming it into Mister Romney’s Neighborhood.

While it would’ve been more predictable to have taken the Big Bird/Sesame Street route as a spin-off to the first presidential debate, Fallon & team decided to add fuel to the fire of criticism by establishing the “neighborhood of make believe.”
