Nearly two years after the meme’s creation, Laina (a.k.a. Overly Attached Girlfriend) joins at at Playlist Live 2014 to chat about giving back, her craziest Hollywood experiences and chats with fans about the future.
She said she hopes to continue doing comedy, and that OAG just becomes another character in her repertoire. She went to school initially to be a teacher, but after the video, she’s pursuing an entertainment career. In fact, she guested on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and has worked with children with autism for charity.
“If I’m going to influence people, even if it’s one person, I want to do it in a positive way,” she said.
