Ariana Grande Asks Fans To Stop Harassing Pete Davidson in Snapchat Story

We live in a strange era, where the creators of your favorite music and movies and whatnot have to absolutely beg their fans not to destroy the lives of whomever the heck is making their favorite thing, so now does Pete Davidson have to announce to fans: I uhh… I won’t kill myself. Because apparently that’s what Ariana Grande’s fans wanted for him? Which in my opinion is low key rude. Asking someone to die? Straight up… I’m going to say it… impolite! In any case, Ariana Grande joined the chorus to say that… yeah, it is rude to ask for people to die. Not polite in the least, in a message on Snapchat, which we’ve posted an image of below.

The text of the Snapchat reads in full: i know u already know this but I feel i need to remind my fans to please be gentler with others. I really don’t endorse anything but forgiveness and positivity. i care deeply about pete and his health. i’m asking you to be gentler with others, even on the internet. i’ve learned thru my own mistakes not to be reactive on socials so i do understand. but you truly don’t know what anybody is experiencing ever. regardless of what they choose to display on social media or how they may appear in public. i can promise u that. so please let whatever point you’re trying to make go. I will always have irrevocable love for him him and if you’re gotten any other impression from my recent work, you might have missed the point.

Lovely, and hey, fans, cut this stuff out. I promise you’re going to get better entertainment if the creators of it know you’re not going to act like a little creep over it. Yeesh!

But I digress. What do you think of this toxic fan garbage? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter at @WhatsTrending.
