We’ve all heard the recommendation that we should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but is that really necessary? Healthcare Triage decided to bust some myths about how much water we should be drinking a day, and where we can get hydration besides plain old water. Your body will let you tell you to drink water long before you actually get dehydrated. That, plus we have the most access to hydration than we ever have – so why the constant push for promotional campaigns telling us we’re all grossly dehydrated?
