Watch as a stalled boat can do nothing but wait to be hit by a huge oil tanker, when another small boat full of people are too slow to reach the stalled boat in time. To say this was a near miss is a huge understatement. You can’t see just how close the stalled boat is, until the tanker’s midsection is in front of stalled boat.
