“Why play normal instruments when you could play instruments made out of ICE?” probably is not something most people have ever asked themselves. But after ice sculptor Tim Linhart of Colorado carved one instrument out of ice, he found himself unable to stop. Which almost sounds like some weird Kryptonite-fueled delirium, but in reality, it’s just a thing he discovered that translates into making really awesome music. So he founded “Ice Music,” a performing company that puts on concerts of all sorts inside an igloo on, naturally, instruments made of ice.
