The six singing Cimorelli sisters continue to take YouTube by storm with their innovative covers of today’s chart-toppers. This week, they tackled “Cups,” the song made famous by Anna Kendrick in “Pitch Perfect” and originally written as “When I’m Gone” by by Lulu and the Lampshades.
While Kendrick’s version requires just one voice and one plastic cup as instruments, this family band puts its own twist on the tune, layering in five more vocal parts and another cup. Check it out and, as usual, stay tuned for bloopers.
