In today’s version of “Glee” in real life, Centennial High School senior Bobby Chin of Howard County, Md. was running out of unique ways to court the apple of his eye, Sofia, and ask her to prom.
With time running out and several rejections under his belt (built up over six months of asking), Bobby worked up the courage to serenade Sofia in the hallway with his own version of Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours” and a rose tucked behind his ear.
