  • On Wednesday, May 1, ’90s music sensation Chris Kelly of the rap duo Kris Kross died of a possible drug overdose, according to ABC News. He was 34 years old.

    Kicking off a YouTube retrospective of his career, Chris “Mac Daddy” Kelly and Chris “Daddy Mac” Smith hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with their 1992 single, “Jump,” from the album, “Totally Krossed Out.”

  • The duo went on to take the music world by storm, touring with King of Pop, Michael Jackson, during his “Dangerous World Tour.”

  • Kris Kross jumped into the gaming scene with their own “Kris Kross: Make My Video” game.
