This kid came up with a pretty useless (but still neat) invention

  • There’s something about putting deodorant on in the morning or before you work out that places you in a productive mindset, a feeling that now that your armpits are ready to absorb any perspiration that you can exert prodigious amounts of energy toward any task. So what better way to solidify this feeling than to have the Rocky theme song play when you go to open the deodorant? That’s the thinking behind 11-year-old Quinn Sheeran’s new invention, which involved taking the wiring off a musical gift card and attaching it to an Old Spice bottle in such a way so that when you pull off the lid it begins playing. Can’t say I see a mass market use for it, but perhaps I’m not a tech visionary.
