Google’s Self-Driving Cars Hit The Road in Nevada

  • Nevada is now the first U.S. state to license driverless cars on its public roads.

Designed by a Google vice president, Sebastian Thrun, the car has already covered 140,000 seamless test miles in California, and now it’s time for them to hit the road.

We’ve seen tests for cars that automate certain processes such as braking and parking, But, as usual, Google wants to take this to the extreme and give the car complete control of the driving experience.
