Dad Pimps His Son’s Kid-Sized Powerheel Ride (VIDEO)

YouTuber SeanAtFFTEC is earning some major awesome dad points for this one.

He decked out his 5 year old son Evan’s three-year-old Lightning McQueen Powerwheel with an aluminum back half chassis, dual sealed gel batteries with an output of 24 volts, a 500 watt .66 horsepower electric motor, disk brake, throttle modulated variable speed control with reverse and sparco battery cut off switch.

In making a video about the project, dad even thought so carefully as to choose the song “Real Gone” by Sheryl Crow because it was the opening song of the Disney movie “Cars.”
