Earlier this week, YouTube channel vtoolselb uploaded the above video, which was taken during a practice session of famed tennis player Novak Djokovic — who is currently ranked No. 2 in the world.
With a surprising interjection, a young fan calls from the bleachers to ask a serious question: “Will you marry me?”
Instead of brushing it off, Djokovic invites the boy down and even lets him play a little tennis. Naturally, mini-Djokovic, dressed in a similarly stark white sports outfit and cap, enjoys the opportunity of a lifetime to show off for his hero.
Staged or not, it’s a pretty awesome moment.
