After he was re-elected President of the United States on November 6, 2012, Obama shed a few tears while delivering a “thank you” speech to his campaign staff.
In the video, entitled, “I’m Really Proud of All of You,” uploaded by the BarackObamadotcom YouTube channel, the President speaks of his desire to make a difference when he moved to Chicago, what he learned from his work as a community organizer, and how he is inspired by his young volunteers.
“Whatever good we do over the next four years will pale in comparison to what you guys end up accomplishing for years and years to come,” he says. “And that’s been my source of hope.”
