Cat Confronts Its Greatest Fear: Jumping Super Mario

We all have our own irrational fears. For me, it’s dramatic film scores from the 70s. For others, it’s Carnies. Small hands. For this cat, it’s the sound that Mario makes when he jumps in the original Super Mario Bros. game from 1987.

Who knows why she is affected so strongly by the jumping sound, yet the music, coin-acquisition sound and fireball sounds do nothing? This is her thing. Let’s not torture her so.
