  • Dr. Seuss, the master of silly rhymes about cats, hats, wockets, pockets, Grinches, Christmas, and that almighty goo we know only as the Oobleck, has been mixed with those poets of all things bad and also bougie, Migos. The mixer in question? One rapper, Win Nevaluze (oh that is a great name), read that Dr. Seuss classic about finding crazy ass animals in your stupid pockets (“Wocket in my Pocket”) with that absolute classic “Walt It Talk It.” The resulting video is incredibly fun! Check it out above.

Also, who knew Dr. Seuss would sound this exciting set to a rap beat? For me the lesson is less that Dr. Seuss should be remixed to more rap beats, but more — let’s set some rap songs into picture book form! Childish Gambino, more like — “Redbone as Drawn in the Style of Maurice Sendak”? Look, I love it and that’s all that matters.
