Nerdist has released the first official trailer for “Superman Unbound,” an animated film based on Geoff Johns’ 2008 Action Comics story arc. In this installment of the franchise, the iconic Man of Steel faces supervillain, Brainiac, while balancing his relationships with Lois Lane and his cousin Kara a.k.a. Supergirl.
The star-studded lineup of voice actors includes Matt Bomer (“White Collar”) as Clark Kent, John Noble (“Fringe”) as Brainiac, and “Castle” stars Stana Katic and Molly Quinn as Lois Lane and Supergirl, respectively.
Look out for “Superman Unbound” on Blu-ray and DVD this year.
