“So!….When we eat animals they die!” precocious toddler Luiz Antonio asks his mother in Portuguese after she prompts him to eat octopus gnocchi. “Yeah,” his mother replies. “I don’t like that they die,” the young philosopher continues. “I like that they stay standing up. These animals,  you got to take care of them and not eat them!”
Perhaps this video can be summed up best by Antonio’s final words: “I’m doing something beautiful,” he says as his mother is brought to tears.
