While many believe Death Valley and Furnace Creek to be the hottest places in the world, the data behind those assumptions is accumulated from weather stations that measure in the shade and don’t cover every inch of the Earth.
So, by simply using NASA’s satellite’s, which measure the Earth’s temperature from space, we find our answer.
