  • Is there a Guinness World Record for this kind of thing?

BuzzFeed editor Jack Moore noticed something kind of funny about ESPN’s Friday sports coverage. Professional commentators Trey Wingo, Mark Schlereth, and Tedy Bruschi tried to cram as many references to “The Princess Bride” as they could into one half-hour segment.

It’s amazing how many connections can be made between a classic ’80s fantasy film and 2012 football coverage. Watch out for notable movie quotes about storming the castle, Andre the Giant, rodents of unusual size, and Vizzini’s famous, “Inconceivable!”

It’s just too bad they couldn’t find a way to sneak in the most famous line: “Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.”
