The “Gay Men Will Marry Your Girlfriends” saga all started when CollegeHumor posted a satirical video in which gay men intimidate straight men into thinking that they could marry their ladies because they know how to treat them right. “So, don’t make us marry your girlfriend,” they said. “Support gay marriage.”
Scotch Tape then quickly uploaded a spin-off video, entitled, “Straight Men Respond to: ‘Gay Men Will Marry Your Girlfriends,” in which the targeted heterosexual males say, “Oh my god, please do that!”
A few days later, UnsolicitedProject put in their two cents with the video, “Gay Women Will Marry Your Boyfriends.”
Finally (or at least we’re guessing), FeetFirstFilms surfaces with a response video from the “girlfriends of the straight homophobes” who admit that they would love to marry their gay guy friends because “the ladies who want fairytale weddings would get it do a degree they never imagined,” and other reasonings.
