Music sensation Max Schneider stopped by the What’s Trending studio to perform his “Baby” medley and original single, “Nothing Without Love,” as well as chat with fans in the studio audience and over Twitter about his album and upcoming tour.
Schneider also shares the experience of running his own Kickstarter campaign, which garnered a successful $50,000, to release his “Nothing Without Love” album independently. “Every dollar has gone towards the album, the music videos we’ve been doing and it’s been amazing. We could’ve have done it without my incredible fans,” he says.
He also credits his fans as his main motivation for pushing forward in the music industry. “It’s just something that I love doing,” he adds. “If you love doing something, you’ve got to give it your all. I love music and I love performing and I won’t stop no matter what.”
Schneider reveals that it was actually a Broadway show that inspired him to start making music. “I saw ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and I got home and I did the whole show for my parents,” he says. “And that was sort of when I caught the bug.”
