‘The LEGO Batman Movie’ Debuts New Trailer, Great Music

The LEGO Batman Movie just debuted a new trailer, and it’s pretty freaking exciting. The new trailer gives us a deeper look at the world of LEGO Batman. Turns out the life of Batman can be pretty lonely. Everyone thinks he’s awesome but turns out he lives alone and is alone the vast majority of the time (well, when he isn’t battling the Suicide Squad). I wouldn’t want to be Batman.

The trailer also features other characters. This includes Michael Cera as Robin, who we’ve seen before in other trailers. Rosario Dawson jumps over to DC to play Barbara Gordon. Ralph Fiennes, aka Voldemort, is now Alfred. Will Arnett is of course portraying Batman, and Zach Galifianakis might be the Joker redemption we need.

The music in the trailer is also spot on. From Wiz Khalifa’s “Black and Yellow” (never realized how much that fit Batman) to “One” (AKA “One Is the Loneliest Number”) to even “We Built This City”, it’s a great audio experience as well as visual.
