The #YesAllWomen Facts That The Media Left Out

Following the Isla Vista shootings that left 7 UCSB students dead, including the shooter himself, all of social media exploded with the hashtag #YesAllWomen. But maybe in the midst of it all, some facts were left out. In comes the Factual Feminist, saying the way that sites and blogs like Upworthy promoted and defended the hashtag might have just been adding fuel to the fire.

The Factual Feminist says that the shooting was just an opening for media outlets to put out misinformation, so she gave us some interesting facts about women and violence.
