  • Hatchimals — they’re the hot toy of the Holiday Season ever since YouTube sensation Ryan played with them on his YouTube channel. Little fluffy creatures that hatch out of eggs and coo at kids. Any tree that didn’t have them under it on Christmas was the tree of a fool! But could it be that the Hatchimals are… a bad influence!?

Videos are popping up all over YouTube of this popular children’s toys saying “F*ck… me…” as it sleeps. Wanna watch one? Wanna watch a sleeping toy swearing? Look above, there is a sleeping toy swearing.

Some are saying the toy is saying “Hug me”, and admittedly it’s a little hard to tell what exactly it’s expressing. “Hug me” certainly feels more on brand for a Christmas toy to say. A spokeswoman for Spin Master, the company that makes these beautiful hatching foul mouthed things, told CNN, “Hatchimals communicate by speaking their own unique language, which is made up of random sounds, and by making other noises, including shivering when they’re cold and snoring while they sleep. We can assure consumers that Hatchimals do not curse, nor do they use foul language.”, which is exactly what a swearmonger would say! To put more swears into your home!

But honestly, I think media outlets just want an excuse to run a story on Hatchimals. They probably aren’t saying the f word. But damn it! I want to believe toys are rude!
