Since its release on June 7, 1984, 30 years ago, Ghostbusters has no doubt become an American favorite. Now hailed as a classic, the movie will be back in theaters for a week starting Aug. 29.

And what better time for it, really? The third installment of the series will begin its production in early 2015.
