Julia Louis Dreyfus — beloved actress of such shows as Seinfeld, Veep and others — has announced on social media that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The note reads —
”1 in 8 women get breast cancer. Today, I’m the one.
The good news is that I have the most glorious group of supporting and caring family and friends, and fantastic insurance through my union. The bad news is that not all women are so lucky, so let’s all fight cancer and make universal healthcare a reality.”
Julia Louis Dreyfus has then signed the letter and it’s very impressive that even as she is sharing such difficult and traumatic news, she is making sure that firest and foremost she can use the news getting platform to get the message out to support healthcare for the masses. We wish Julia Louis Dreyfus a speedy recovery.
