  • It’s funny. In 2018, the era of the wrongfully canceled show is kind of — overish. If a show is popular enough it could easily find its way back slowly onto the airwaves. It happened with Community, The Mindy Project, and now the latest “gone-before-its-time” sitcom, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, could find a second home in a variety of places. Hulu, TBS, NBC and Netflix are all eyeballing the goofy, beautiful cop show that many are mourning the demise of, with Hulu looking like a clear frontrunner due to its resurrection of The Mindy Project (and that it already has the streaming rights for it).

Folks are already missing the sitcom which served as an antidote against the toxic times we are living in, with a friendly and loving diverse cast showing cops on the side of good, while never shying away from the toxicity and racism of much of the modern police force. Here are a bunch of cool people mourning it — but hopefully not for long! Brooklyn Nine-Nine will never die!
