The Teen Choice Awards took place last night in Hollywood, and with winners such as Cole Sprouse, and Liza Koshy, it was sure to be a star-studded event that featured many outfits that left us shook to the core.

Although many of the stars that attended are in their late teens or early twenties, and haven’t had much experience on the red carpet, these celebrities knew how to dress. No wardrobe malfunctions, no disgraceful scarf and graphic tee combo like what the teen stars wore in the 2000s, that have resurfaced the web and have come back to haunt them forever *ahem* Ashley Tinsdale *ahem*. No, none of this, just pure class and effortless looks that made them look stunning as ever.

1. KJ Apa

Starting the spiel of the Riverdale cast, KJ Apa dressed with pure class, as he wore a pink silk shirt and trousers combo, which looked a bit like a jump-suit, paired with some crystal white trainers. This outfit oozes award worthy and we definitely wouldn’t mind getting a feel of how soft that silk is…moving on!

2. Cole Sprouse

We miss the days of Zack and Cody, and when the pair were inseparable – but then Cody decided to become an award-winning actor and paired the title with a very laid back, casual, yet smart and sophisticated denim shirt and trouser combo, with a pristine white jacket over the top. This outfit is definitely business on the top and party underneath.

3. Camilla Mendes

Another popular cast member from the hit Netflix show, Ms Mendes. Camilla wore a beautiful baby pink dress with a skirt that flowed ever so elegantly along with her. Although the carpet at the event wasn’t red, she was definitely red carpet ready and rocked a very elegant look with slick back hair behind the ear and loose curls to accompany the look.

4. Katherine Langford

Releasing the darkness within her, Katherine wore a fully back dress complete with a wide leather belt to literally tie everything together. Although, Katherine couldn’t settle for simple, and the dress had so many features that made this look ever so desirable. Complete with a lace collar, and dotty see through sleeves, this dress along with her simple, yet unique make up, gave her a sophisticated, award ready look that dazzled the carpet.

5. Nina Dobrev

The Vampire Diaries queen, Nina Dobrev, was not one to miss at the award show. And, how could you? Dobrev wore a bright pastel yellow, button-up dress which was very hard to miss, as she shined bright like the star she is. She also wore a bright ruby red lipstick for an extra pop of color. I wish I knew what shade of lipstick she used…perhaps it’s vampire blood?

6. Lucy Hale

Pretty Little Liar, Lucy Hale, wore a sequined dress that looked like a mosaic masterpiece. This sweetheart neckline dress was fit for a queen, with two panels of black to each side of the waistline to pull the dress together and show off her to-die-for figure. She also wore bright turquoise eyeshadow, which complimented the turquoise tones throughout the dress very well.

7. Harry Shum Jr.

This has to be the most sophisticated, professional, yet simple outfit there is. Harry wore a plain white polo shirt but didn’t skip on the extra details which really made this outfit go from meh, to wow, and added two gold collar tips to his shirt for an extra pop of rich. The top was paired with gold and black stripped trousers and plain black loafers, showing that Harry really knew what he was doing when it came to this outfit, as all the colors matched together very well, whilst not being too overbearing.

8. Lili Reinhart

Finally, Riverdale’s, and now America’s sweetheart, Lili Reinhart. It’s in her name, and she was the sweetest and dazzling star there. Lili wore a sequined fuchsia pink dress, tied in with a little belt and paired this with bright, barbie pink shoes. She went for simple hair and make-up and left all of the show stopping energy to the dress. An amazing outfit, which deserves an award itself.
