From Ariana Grande to Justin Bieber, Corden has had the best of the best performing on the most popular segment of his show. As usual Corden teased with a few clips from what’s to come, to get fans excited. However, for this month’s guest, Migos, we were anything but prepared.

Seriously, these guys are too much for me to handle. As they all vibe along to their most recent single, ‘Walk It Like I Talk It’, the bar of Carpool Karaoke was raised forever. So many smooth moves that just come to them so naturally, that everything seemed effortless. It was like a cinematic experience from start to finish, with backing vocals, choreography and captivating camera angles, all in one.

Apart from the admiration for how ‘cool’ these rappers are, there was a moment that left my jaw dropped 50 feet below the ground. One of their most famous songs, ‘Bad and Boujee’ brought out, well exactly that in them. As Offset began holding up stacks, upon stacks, upon stacks – you get the point – of FIFTY dollar bills, not only ourselves, but also James Corden, were shocked. Corden was so shocked, that he stopped the singalong, stopped the car and began counting how many notes Offset was carrying on him that day.

$210,000 dollars was sitting right in his pocket, which I can’t even begin to comprehend. If that didn’t shock you enough, Quavo went onto to say that they easily spent $20,000 in the club the night before, which when you think about it, $210,000 should hopefully see them through the day. But seriously though, $20,000 in the club? Either they remember nothing or they were the only ones buying the rounds last night….
From belting their lungs to Whitney Houston’s ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’ to dressing up James in Migos approved attire, this Carpool Karaoke was one crazy ride. Not only did they capture the essence of Migos, they also captured my heart.
