Lady Gaga Slayed SNL and These Isolated Vocals Are Incredible
Gaga performed her new hit “AY-O” in her signature pink cowboy hat.
Lady Gaga’s new country-inspired album Joanne has all of her little monsters going crazy.
She was back on SNL this week with her new favorite accessory, a baby pink cowboy hat, tearing up the stage with some rad vocals. She performed the country jam “A-YO” and ballad “Million Reasons” on SNL this time, and she sounded incredible. Gaga is a longtime advocate for sexual assault survivors, and “Million Reasons” is definitely reminiscent of an abusive relationship.
Gaga and her long time beau Taylor Kinney split up this summer, and although they say the still love each other and are considering getting back together, the breakup appears to be a major influence on the new album.
JUST IN CASE you aren’t convinced that Lady Gaga is queen, check out these isolated vocals from her performances, her voice is as solid as ever and DAMN Gaga, slay.
SLAY SLAY SLAY
Joanne is new territory for the Gaga, but that’s never stopped her before. It’s a little bit messy, a lotta bit country, and she’s definitely showing off her classically trained vocals for. the. win. She’s still co-starring on American Horror Story, although she has a much smaller part this season on Roanoke. Busy Gaga!
And here’s the mic feed from “Million Reasons”.
