Ever submitted the wrong document for something really important? Well, it could get you a dream job!

Jessica Bain is the queen of applying for jobs, as she applied for the position of Black History and Culture Fellowship at Spotify without a resume. Instead, she uploaded her own Spotify playlist, along with her own website, to support her application.

Fortunately for Jessica, her innovative thinking landed her the job at Spotify, and she was very excited to share the news on Twitter with everyone:

The playlist included some of the most iconic black artists, such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and Kelis and showed that Ms. Bain knew all about the position of her job role before she even began.

The R&B/Soul vibe of the playlist shows how much class and unique skills Jessica has (and how great her music taste is) and it is no wonder Spotify gave her the job — she is made for it.
