Kanye West Rage-Tweets Wiz Khalifa Over “WAVES” Album

One day, we will all look back and remember where we were the day Kanye West tweet-stormed Wiz Khalifa.

Here’s what happened: Kanye has a new album coming out, and it was going to be called “SO HELP ME GOD,” and then it was going to be called “SWISH,” but now it’s been changed to “WAVES,” which, okay whatever, I don’t know what makes a good rap album title or a bad one.

But fellow rapper Wiz Khalifa, who we just featured freestyling to Adele’s “Hello,” went on Twitter and sent a tweet-heard-round-the-world that appeared to throw shade at the album.

Kanye’s amazing response has mostly been deleted from Twitter, but plenty of people were doing the Lord’s work and screencapping the shit out of it.

“You have distracted from my creative process,” Kanye thundered, before turning around and complimenting Wiz’s pants for some reason. “I went to look at your twitter and you were wearing cool pants. I screen grabbed those pants and sent it to my style team.” #Wizwearscoolpants.

Kanye then went on a 17-point rant about how no-one he knows has ever listened to a Wiz Khalifa album all the way through, that Wiz wouldn’t have a child if it wasn’t for Kanye and therefore Kanye owns that child, that Kanye is his OG and will be respected as such and “don’t ever come out the side of your neck at me.” But still bro, “I think you dress cool. I wish I was skinny and tall.”

It gets better/weirder – at one point Kanye told Wiz “you let a stripper trap you,” a dig at their mutual ex girlfriend Amber Rose and the mother of Wiz’s son. Here’s what she had to say.
