“Gangnam Style” (강남스타일) has officially passed Justin Bieber’s “Baby” as the most-watched YouTube video of all time with over 803 million views. To commemorate this momentous occasion, Shira Lazar and Tyler Oakley fire some crazy facts and figures about the unprecedented “Gangnam” phenomenon.
In order to test Tyler’s PSY-IQ (yes, that’s a thing) the two discuss Gangnam’s record-breaking “likes,” UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon’s praise for Psy, the inspiration behind the famous “horsey dance,” comedian Noh Hongchul (a.k.a. the elevator guy!), and the first ever “Gangnam Style” parodies.
