Adorable Baby Rhino Knows His Name, Comes When Called
I know the week’s only halfway through, but I already need a pick-me-up. We know Japan has the cuteness on lock with their pets and Pokémon Go trend, but we haven’t checked on the rest of the world’s cute factories in a while. Good thing there’s this video of a baby rhino who knows his name!
Here’s the original video of Warren the baby rhino responding to volunteers calling out his name:
Warren lives at Care for Wild Africa, the world’s largest rhino orphanage, which is located in Mpumalanga, South Africa. They have two websites: one about the orphanage in general, and another, WorkingWithRhinos.org, specifically about — you guessed it — volunteering with the rhinos. Check out the former for more information, and the latter in case you saw this video and realized your true calling in life is to go to South Africa and work with rhinos.
Still can’t get enough rhinos? I have good news for you. Not only can you donate money to the rhino orphanage, but they’ve made a few other videos of cute rhinos doing stuff!
Here’s someone from the orphanage teaching you how to scratch a baby rhino:
And here are three baby rhinos crying when they run out of milk!
