Not Such A Good Day In New York For Greg Kelly, Accused Of Rape
New York-based TV personality Greg Kelly, the son of NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly, has been accused of rape. The host of “Good Day New York,” who wasn’t present for his show on Thursday, has strongly denied the allegation made by a paralegal, who says she had drinks with Kelly at the South Street Seaport on October 8 before he sexually assaulted her at her office. However, she didn’t report Kelly until this past Tuesday night. According to DNAInfo.com, the accuser says she’s pregnant from the alleged crime.
Kelly’s lawyer Andrew M. Lankler said in a statement, “Mr. Kelly strenuously denies any wrongdoing of any kind, and is cooperating fully with the District Attorney’s investigation. We know that the District Attorney’s investigation will prove Mr. Kelly’s innocence.”
