With online music sharing growing among the masses at an unprecedented rate, the music industry is ever changing, and brands are constantly looking for new and creative ways to reach fans. In an effort to determine just how important music is to listeners, GMR Marketing polled 500 people on subjects related to band on brand relationships, where fans find music, discovering new artists in commercials and what’s most important: music, sex or beer. Music won! Seventy-five percent of the people polled said it would be harder to go a week without music than a week without sex. Surprised?
