John Oliver Explains the Recent Battle Over Obamacare

John Oliver has been on a roll in his new season, spreading light into the weirder corners of Donald Trump. He’s covered Putin, Trump’s lies and today he comes in to discuss the endangered Obamacare, aka the Affordable Care Act, or the ACA. John Oliver covers how the maligning of the Affordable Care Act made it seem unpalatable to people who need it the most, and now those same people are reacting to the House of Representative’s attack on it.

John Oliver additionally covers the hypocrisy of “Repeal and Replace”, how the replacement, aka a “savings account” is ridiculously, absurdly, offensively and insultingly unhelpful to those who need the ACA the most. John Oliver explains the whole thing as “you don’t have money? Well when you do, here’s a fancy piggy bank”.
